Di intraprendere questa nuova avventura nel cuore del Moscato di Scanzo. Una scommessa, un desiderio, un sogno uscito da uno dei loro cassetti. Renato e Barbara sono due ragazzi, instancabili lavoratori, e pieni di energia, supportati e sopportati dalla preziosa e fondamentale presenza di Gino. Non sarà difficile nella permanenza in Cascina per una degustazione o solamente per conoscerli, trovare il loro caloroso sorriso per tutta la durata della visita. Sono presenti anche animali alla Cascina Berlèndesa, dalle simpatiche onnipresenti galline ai meravigliosi Asini, amorevolmente curati dalle splendide attenzioni di Barbara. Tra questi “spiccano” due splendidi esemplari di Golden Retriver, Vivien e Toffee che seguono Renato e Barbara in tutte le loro attività della Cascina Berlèndesa. In 2018 Renato and Barbara decide to bring the farm house "Cascina Berlendèsa" back to it's acient splendor and reintroduce the wine art. They undertookthis new adventure in the heart af the Moscato di Scanzo wine area. It was a gamble, a desire, a dream from their bottom drawer.
Renato and Barbara are both keen workers full of energy. Whether you go for wine-tasting or just to meet these people you will find a heart-warming atmosphere. There are animals, toot, at "Cascina Berlendèsa" you'll find hens roaming everywhere and the donkeys who are lovelingly taken care of by Barbara. Vivien and Toffee, two splendid Golden Retrivers, stand otu in this contest. They both follow Renato and Barbara whereever they go. The donkey is a strong feature of "Cascina Berlendèsa" this figure can be found in many niches of the structure. Above all, it is on the bottle lables of the precious wine they make.
